Postage Charges

We offer the following postage options for your jewellery purchases:

Jewellery will be posted 1st Class signed for, for which the post office does not insure for loss or damage. The charge is £3.75

For jewellery requested by the customer to be sent Special Delivery, which the Post office will insure for loss or damage is charged at £7.50.

Jewellery over £150.00 will be sent free of charge and posted Special Delivery.

Items that have not been ordered correctly, or do not fit to the size ordered will be exchanged, but at the expense of the customer.

Earrings, ear-studs and fine silver chain once received cannot be returned for refund.
